Your home is made in a factory,
then assembled on your land.

Insulated precast concrete walls leave the factory with their facade, insulation and services built in, and are craned onto your foundation.

Four layers in one wall

Every panel leaves the factory as one piece: facade, insulation, structure and services.

  1. 01
Stone facadeNatural stone is laid in the bottom of the mould and cast with the panel, so the facade arrives finished.
  2. 02
Thermal insulationContinuous rigid insulation across the whole wall keeps summer heat outside.
  3. 03
Reinforced concreteThe load-bearing layer, with double steel mesh and the electrical and plumbing runs cast inside.
  4. 04
Inner insulationA second insulation layer on the inside, so nothing has to be added after construction.

Section as described by the company. The final section is set by the approved structural drawings.

Where the technology is used

The same insulated panels build very different buildings, from a family villa to an industrial warehouse.

  • Villas

One and two storeys plus annex, with the stone facade finished in the factory.

  • Residential buildings

Multi-storey blocks with repeating units that suit factory production.

  • Schools

Repeating classrooms and a handover tied to the start of the school year.

  • Healthcare centres

Buildings that need high insulation and fast commissioning.

  • Warehouses & factories

Large external walls erected in days rather than months.

  • Worker housing

    Compounds with many identical units.

  • Offices & showrooms

Architectural facades cast with the panel, no cladding added later.

  • Rest houses & chalets

Sites outside the cities, where skilled labour is scarce.
